Award criteria
Criteria the buyer will use to evaluate bids.
| Name | Description | Type | Weighting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Simple description | PSQ Selection Stage - The Quality Score Awarded for each Evaluation Criteria question will be weighted by the Evaluation Criteria Weighting. This will be done by dividing the Quality Score Awarded by the highest score that could be awarded for that Evaluation Criteria as indicated in the relevant Quality Scoring Guide table. This will create a Percentage Quality Score awarded for that Evaluation Criteria. The Percentage Quality Score awarded will then be multiplied by the Evaluation Criteria Weighting to form the Criteria Weighted Quality Score for that Evaluation Criteria. The Criteria Weighted Quality Score for each Evaluation Criteria will then be added together to form the Total Quality Score for each Bidder The top 6 suppliers will move through to the 2nd stage of the tender. ITT Stage - Quality and Social Value The Quality and Social Value Score awarded for each Evaluation Criteria question will then be weighted by the Evaluation Criteria Weighting. This will be done by dividing the Scores awarded by the highest score that could be awarded for that Evaluation Criteria as indicated in the relevant Scoring Guide table. This will create a Percentage Score awarded for that Evaluation Criteria. The Percentage Score awarded will then be multiplied by the Evaluation Criteria Weighting to form the Criteria Weighted Score for that Evaluation Criteria. ITT Stage - Price The lowest Total Price will be awarded a maximum 15%. All the other returned Total Prices will be given a percentage score relative to that. This will be done for each bid by dividing the lowest Total Price by the Bidder’s Total Price, multiplying by 100 and then multiplying the product by 15%. This will give a Weighted Price Score for their Total Price relative to the lowest. ITT Stage - Test Piece The Test Piece Score Awarded will be weighted by the Evaluation Criteria Weighting, contained in the Tender Test Piece Instructions document. The top 3 suppliers in the ITT stage will be awarded a place on the framework Full details contained in the PSQ instructions and Instructions for tendering documents | price | — |
