Provision Of Respite Services at Brook Street

The council is looking for Provision of Respite Services at the council owned property known as Brook Street. Brook Street is a 6 bedroom property, service provision will, be made up of a block contract for four beds to include 25 hours of outreach support, with the usage of the two remaining beds to be on a spot purchase basis, These two beds must be offered to the London Borough of Bexley in the first instance, but the Provider will be able to market to other Local Authorities if not secured by Bexley within three working days of vacancy. Where the provider will offer respite support in a persons' home or alternative community setting. Any additional outreach support offered will be the responsibility of the provider to invoice and collect payment.
