Mental Health Support Service

A contract to support service users to manage and stabilise their mental health needs and to make positive choices, develop and exercise daily living skills in preparation for moving to independent accommodation. The service promotes recovery and resilience and facilitates social inclusion and wellbeing and will help the service user to integrate positively into the community and to identify and access settled accommodation.
