Rotary Way Scheme - Lot 10

1) Technical assistance with the analysis, funding and design of the Preferred option improvements of Rotary Way and A1056 junction and link upgrades. 2) Review the scheme and generate a Business Case, suitable to be used in funding bids for Highways England/Department for Transport housing support or network pinch point programs. This will include all necessary Economic case development to evidence the bid and ascertain the performance of current designs.
