TfL - Strengths Based 360 tool

Transport for London (TfL) is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers experienced in the provision and delivery of 360 questionnaires and reports based on proven Strengths based models. This will be a 3 year agreement for the provision of 360 questionnaires, reporting which will include but not limited to: • Initial development of strengths based leadership 360 tool • Ongoing access and provision of questionnaire • Ongoing access and provision of analytics - individual and aggregated • Alignment with TfL's leadership development offerings • User training and guidance materials Full details will be provided in the scope of specification at the tendering stage.. Timeline (subject to change) • ITT issue (via the e-tendering portal) - w/c Monday 19th August 2019 • ITT return - 9th September 2019 • Application review - w/c 9th September • Invite to presentation - w/c 16th September 2019 • Contract Award - w/c 23rd September 2019 The anticipated spend is likely to be in the region of £50k per year but this is not guaranteed and is subject to change.
