Contract for the provision of a New IT Office Hub, Seaton Delaval

-This is the notification of award of Contract The scope comprises the strip-out of the existing office, and associated areas and the completion of the design and fit-out, in accordance with the Employers Requirements building to CAT B Standard, to provide new IT Office space for 117 work-stations (initially, with capacity to increase this in the future) along with associated furniture, document storage, meeting rooms, hot-desks, relaxation areas, break-out booths, executive office, reception area, kitchen facilities, toilet facilities along with associated mechanical and electrical systems.
