Zero Carbon Developments Planning Advice

RBK is seeking an energy and sustainability consultant to assess energy statements for all major developments (schemes of 10 or more dwellings or 1,000sqm of non-residential floorspace) be net zero-carbon unless it can be clearly demonstrated that the zero-carbon target cannot be fully achieved on-site.
