Following recent site inspections it has become necessary to replace the existing boilers in the basement boiler room at the Beaconfield Centre in Grantham. The existing boilers are reaching the end of their practical useable life, and is now exceeding the legal limit on emissions. There is currently 1no. Ideal Concord C330 Series gas boiler (96kW) supplying the building with heating, and 1no. Direct gas fired Andrews 32/40 water heater, approximately 145 litre storage Capacity, supplying 7 hot water sink/WHB outlets.
