Use of the Online Survey Tool - Unlimited users - The Service will be available to Defra, its Arms Length Bodies (ALBs) and Non-departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs) which includes Defra regulators who will be eligible to join this agreement if request by Defra. ALBs and NDPBs are listed at Defra's agencies and public bodies (GOV.UK website). - Online training - Customisation of survey look and feel - Unlimited ad-hoc support (i.e. Ad-hoc support is provided at any time at no additional cost which can be used if someone has forgotten how to carry out a particular action, to check processes and documentation, or for any other reason.)
