Description
Kent County Council has a requirement for a contract for a provider of the Kent Card, which is a prepaid card used for social care. The contract will allow the Council to continue to support the citizens of Kent to remain independent and in control whilst allowing the Council to streamline its systems. Ultimately the card contractor must offer the cardholder an experience which is the same as a standard UK bank provided debit card, both for card/account usage and online facilities, including user support. The contractor should ensure effective controls and security measures to help reduce the opportunity for fraud and provide a clear audit trail of activity. This contract will be procured using a mini-competition process on NEPO Framework NEPO505 Lot 1 for Prepaid Payments. This agreement is a multi-supplier lot for the provision and maintenance of Prepaid Card Accounts.
