Bradford Design Code (Urban Housing)

The Pathfinder programme seeks to develop best practice design codes and processes that can serve as exemplars to others. The 12-month programme formally started at the end of May 2022. As a Pathfinder authority, we will be expected to work closely with local communities, DLUHC and the Office for Place (OfP) to develop our proposal and participate in multiple engagement points, including workshops, roundtables, design review and 1:1 support and challenge sessions. We are expected to have a draft version of our code available by March 2023.
