TDC JM Responsive Repairs Framework - AWARD

Tandridge District Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide Responsive Repairs services to Council owned dwellings. It is looking to encourage local SMEs, by means of a four year call-off Framework to provide the service. The work has been split into 6 Lots, by trade: • Drainage -estimated value £28k pa • Electrical -estimated value £32k pa • Fencing -estimated value £62k pa • Groundwork & Brickwork -estimated value £53k pa • Guttering -estimated value = £42k pa • Roofing -estimated value = £101k pa Contractors can bid for a single Lot, multiple Lots or all Lots. Heating and plumbing repairs are excluded as these are subject to a separate contract. CONTRACTS AWARDED
