S1540 - WORKFORCE APPROACH TO TRAUMA RESPONSIVE WORKING

Salford City Council are seeking a training partner to help effect organisational change. We have ambitious plans to develop a workplace culture and practices which are trauma responsive and are seeking a provider who can help us shape the journey. The work would commence in April 2023 and would take one year to implement. We would like to partner with an organisation who could share intellectual property with us based on the learning from the organisation and provide a commercial offer to other organisations.
