WSCC - F&G - West Hoathly Primary School Roof Refurbishment and Associated Works - AWARD

The stripping out and replacement of the existing flat roof covering at West Hoathly Primary School. The works also involve the careful removal of the man-made slate tiles to an area of pitched roof, with a new valley gutter detail being implemented and the man-made slate tiles are to then be reinstated. In addition, a single roof light has been included in the main body of works to be replaced, with the replacement of a further two roof lights being included within the pricing documents as a cost option.
