PB2022-00782 - Alternative Education Provision

Alternative education provision to learning and support offered primarily outside of School that is deemed to be an intervention aimed at helping 'turn around pupils before they become disengaged with their education' and will 'deliver appropriate educational progress'. The provider is registering to be part of the TV Framework, however there is a delay in respect of the framework opening and therefore a further extension of the contract is required . In addition the contract will be used to spot purchase provision across children's social care in response to assessed need.
