Anti-Social Behaviour Partnership Case Management IT System

An Anti-Social Behaviour partnership case management IT system is required to provide a means to record incidents, share information, identify repeat vulnerable victims and perpetrators by locality. It must allow for a multi-agency approach to the management of cases. It should be capable of being used as a generic information and case management system as the partnership may, in the future, wish to extend usage to other areas, for example Integrated Offender Management and Domestic Abuse.
