L18109-T-DS Project Management, Safety and Cost Consulting services to assist LLA to plan, procure and deliver construction works

London Luton Airport are seeking to appoint a Project Management, Safety and Cost Consulting services provider to provide the resources necessary to assist LLA to plan, procure and deliver construction works. The contract will be a £0 value framework for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for 2 additional years on an annual basis. The framework will be capped to a maximum spend of £2.5 million over the duration of the agreement and is split into 2 separate lots. Lot 1 South east stand will be awarded to one individual bidder and lot 2 Local works will be awarded up to two separate bidders. Bidders may submit pricing for one or both lots.
