Description

The Humber Health Partnership (HHP), comprising Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, is embarking on a strategic alignment of its soft facilities management services across ward-level operations. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning services and patient meal provision. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care, we are seeking early engagement with the market to explore innovative, cost-effective, and compliant service delivery models. Our goal is to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, nutrition, and overall patient experience, while driving efficiencies and unlocking value through collaboration and innovation. We invite suppliers, service providers, and industry experts to participate in this pre-tender market engagement exercise. This is an opportunity to: - Share insights on emerging trends and technologies in soft FM services - Discuss innovative approaches to workforce, service integration, and digital enablement - Explore partnership models that support flexibility, resilience, and sustainability - Help shape a future procurement strategy that reflects the needs of our patients and the ambitions of our Trusts Interested parties are encouraged to register their interest and participate in upcoming engagement sessions. Further details, including timelines and formats for engagement, will be shared upon registration. Together, we can co-create a service model that is efficient, forward-thinking, and above all, centred on the wellbeing of our patients.
