The Provision of Official Food Control Interventions

Sheffield City Council provides a Food Service to deliver Official Controls and meet other statutory duties and functions under food hygiene and safety legislation. We requireinspectors to carry out programmed inspections and alternative intervention workin Commercial Food Premises across the city. The authoritys Food Service Plan and food inspection programme will be planned over the financial year running from 1st April to the 31st March year ending. This will determine the numbers of inspections to be completed, allocation of work to the external provider to deliver during agreed timescales within the year and meet demand and flexibility to service requirements
