Description
M&E Engineering and Design Advisory Services to provide expert advice on designing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading a building's mechanical (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing) and electrical (power, lighting, fire alarms, controls) systems to ensure safety, efficiency, compliance and reliability. M&E Engineering and Design Advisory Services are needed to support many different types of projects including designs, surveys, compliance etc. The Advisory services will be provided via call-off contracts under a framework. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to establish a closed framework with a least 2 suppliers. The duration of the framework will be 4 years and the anticipated start date is 01/12/2026. The estimated value of all call-off contracts during the term of the framework will be up to £3m including VAT . It is anticipated that tenders for this service will be issued in April 2026, to enable the contract framework to begin towards the end of 2026. This process does not constitute a formal tender or other competitive bidding process and will not result in the letting of a Contract. Please note that the contract value included in this Notice is estimated and does not act as a commitment of spend by the Bank.
