To supply materials and labour to carry out water remedial works all as per one off recommendations listed on the Legionella Risk Assessment Report number J002436 and our discussions. This quotation is based on the written specification and a short survey of the site. No replacement point of use water heaters have been identified at this stage, this site is on a boosted cold water system with one break tank not operational, we have carried out a usage test and we feel that the site requires both tanks operational. We have allowed for a replacement equilibrium float valve to the non-operational tank.
