Aviation Performance, Fares and Emissions Data Service

To understand the commercial, operational and environmental context of airlines and airports, the DfT requires access to detailed data on aviation performance, fares and emissions. Specifically, we require access to a Service providing data on: • airline costs, profits and route performance • airport and airspace charges • air fares • carbon emissions from flights This will enable the DfT to assess the commercial and environmental performance of the sector, and will inform analysis of policy options to improve outcomes for consumers and the economy.
