This procurement exercise for Cavity Insulation Wall Extract and Refill Works (the "Works") was conducted as a Further Competition under the Efficiency North EN: PROCURE'S DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM AGREEMENT in relation to ENERGY EFFICIENCY RETROFIT INSTALLATION works (the "DPS Agreement"). Bids were invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers appointed to Lot 1A of the DPS Agreement with relevant experience and ability for the Cavity Insulation Extract and Refill Works (the "Works") as detailed in the Further Competition documents.
