Crawley Borough Council - K2 Crawley Gym Alterations

The Council is inviting tenders for internal alteration and extension works to the current first floor gymnasium facilities at K2 Leisure Centre, Crawley. The works involve the extension to the existing dance studio. The extending of the current fitness suite provisions into the adjacent bar seating area are also included. Major alterations to all associated mechanical and electrical services affected by the above works are also form part of this contract. The project will be phased as indicated within the contract documentation and drawings. The Form of Contract selected for this project will be a JCT Single Stage Main Contract Design & Build contract. The supply and installation of the new sports equipment shall be undertaken by others.
