Description
Milton Keynes Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Window and Chimney Repair Works at Wyvern School The Project Objectives are to ensure that: o Repair works to Wyvern is to be done as recommended using advice and guidance from Historic England and with the appropriate sensitivity of works to a listed building, using such materials and techniques which are appropriate to the heritage and historic nature of the building; o Works are to enhance the School Buildings by upgrading poor condition elements; o Works are carried out in compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, to ensure the health and safety of contractors, workers and end users of the property; and o Works are completed on time, within budget and to a high quality. Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which the will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system. When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project. Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 24 June 2021 and the deadline for submissions of the tender will be 12:00 25 June 2021. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
