Internal Mail and Courier Transport Services

Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCHC), on behalf of the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) have awarded a contract for the provision of internal mail and courier transport services - run in accordance with the 'Light Touch Regime', and performed in a manner compliant with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided include the collection, transportation and delivery of: - internal mail, including secure tracked mail, - delivering pharmacy goods, specimen, stores and delivery/collection of internal mail, - other ad hoc deliveries as requested, case by case, instructed by a P/O using the contracted rates which form the basis of the main schedules.
