Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust Pharmacy Provision-CF Award

Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust (CCST) has awarded a preferred provider through a process similar to the Competitive Dialogue procedure, for Pharmacy Provisions, including procurement of stock and dispensing. This is a health service within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Accordingly, CCST is only bound by those regulations applicable to Schedule 3 services (known as the Light Touch Regime) and is not electing to follow any other provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
