The University of East Anglia has established a Consultant Register for the Estates and Building Division, so that it has a pool of consultants from whom it can call-off directly or seek tenders (via mini competitions) for specific projects as they arise. The framework is split into the following 7 Lots: 1) Project management services 2) Architectural and master planning services 3) Quantity surveying services 4) Mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy services 5) Civil and structural engineering consultancy services 6) Planning consultancy and property advice 7) Building surveying and clerk of works The following contracting body may utilise the framework: Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Colney Lane Colney Norwich NR4 7UY The framework will commence on 1st December 2023.
