Description
Nottingham City Council is inviting tenders to establish an ongoing agreement with a suitable leisure operator to develop, manage and maintain the outdoor pitch facilities and pavilion at Southglade Park. The contract and lease agreement will be awarded to one operator and will run for a minimum period of 5 years. Nottingham City Council is able to offer flexibility on the length of the contract depending upon the proposal submitted and the investment return required.
