To appoint a cleaning contractor to provide cleaning and waste management services to communal areas in Choice schemes and Choice offices. Services required across the association’s stock of general needs, sheltered and supported housing developments and mixed tenure schemes. Ad-hoc tasks such as waste management, bin collection and specialist cleans e.g. instances of extreme hoarding. Office cleaning at Leslie Morrell House, Maple House and Citylink.
