Hawkwood Road Redevelopment - Main Build

BCP Council requires a Contractor for the construction of 76 residential flats over four separate buildings, creation of a new park, bike stores, refuse bin stores, associated parking, any highway works required and all associated hard and soft landscaping at the main Hawkwood Road car park, Boscombe. BH5 1BY. The works will be carried out to the specification detailed in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council’s Housing Delivery team’s Employers Requirements document.
