Description
At Surrey County Council we’re leading the local government sector by building on the work of the Government Digital Service. In order to provide flexible, responsive and efficient services for the residents of Surrey, the council’s Digital Platform strategy is focussed on joining-up common processes, data and technology across our services. This will be achieved by using a ‘digital by default’ approach, technology supporting open-standards, focussing on the reuse of data, and agile delivery principles. As part of improving the customer experience for residents with regards to the ability to report different types of highways defects, we are looking to replace the existing Highways Defect Reporting systems with an more integrated solution that will allow reporting from any mobile device or via the council website Please see the attached documentation for a full description of the requirement
