Description
As part of the approved ICT Capital Strategy, Lancashire Constabulary is replacing its existing enterprise telephony platform, modernising supporting trunk lines, and securing improved call tariffs. The objective is to transform much of the existing telephony services by procurement of a robust, state-of-the-art telecoms service that will be implemented without undue impact to telephony users. Mini competition under RM 1045 Network Services Lot 5 The objectives are to: • reduce design and management complexity from multiple systems • increase resiliency and operational efficiencies • enhance the ability to adapt to business change effectively • provide support for increased flexibility and agility of users • provide greater visibility of service performance.
