Description

The project comprises the replacement of a defunct platform lift which travels between ground and first floor at Netherthorpe Primary School. The new lift will be installed within an existing enclosure which will require an element of replastering and decoration (a provisional sum is included in the Work Schedules - Quotation Breakdown to cover these works, the exact scope will be agreed on site). The new lift will be connected to schools existing fire alarm, a further provisional sum is included to cover these works. The original lift was installed and has been serviced by Gartec. The new lift should be designed and installed by the same company.
