GB-London: ST20_P176 Support for SLaM Transformation Programme

Over the last 6 months and with the input of a diverse set of stakeholders, SLaM's Board has developed a set of preliminary strategic ambitions for the Trust that build upon the foundations laid by its current strategy, Changing Lives. It is seeking to finalise these ambitions with the broader engagement of stakeholders and then executing them. These works are split into 3 Lots - Lot 1 Engagement and Work with Leaders to finalise the strategy, Lot 2 - Structured Problem Solving and Project Management Support, Lot 3 - Transformation Programme Support.)
