Highways Minor Works Framework

Blackburn with Darwen Council (“The Council”) invite contractors to submit proposals and prices / rates for the establishment of a “highways minor works framework” as part of its highway maintenance function that includes providing labour, transport, plant with operative, plant only and equipment. Materials are expected to be provided by the Council except when it is more cost effective for the contractor to obtain them.
