Description
Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a contractor to provide a property management service to manage an existing and growing portfolio of properties it is acquiring as part of its adopted strategy to build a portfolio of assets that will support its Medium Term Financial Strategy, make an economic and regeneration contribution to the Wyre Forest area and provide a sustainable long term revenue stream, which in turn will enable the Council to maintain the continued delivery of services to its residents. At the time of writing the Council has completed three purchases totalling £8.5m and comprising a block of five retail units in Kidderminster an office block in Bromsgrove with two tenants totalling 8515 sq ft and an office block in Solihull with seven tenants totalling 30,694 sq ft. The Council wishes to appoint a contractor who will take over the day to day management of the three properties it has acquired so far (see details appended) as well as future properties it intends to acquire as it continues to develop a portfolio of assets.
