The main purpose of this procurement exercise is to appoint a suitable experienced consultant to undertake a robust review of the repairs and maintenance services (Responsive, Cyclical, Voids and Gas Servicing) provided by the three providers and to identify suitable future options for delivery of the service including identifying a suitable procurement strategy.
