LOT 1: City Centre - Civil, Structural and Highways Engineer

Lot 1: The procurement of a CSH Design practice to act as the civil, structural and highways engineer from RIBA stage 1 to 7 to design and deliver a new Manchester City Centre campus. Co-ordinating with the lead designer to design and deliver to the client's budget, programme and aspirations for innovative facilities via a design and build contract including novation. Lot 2: The procurement of a CSH Design practice to act as the civil, structural and highways engineer from RIBA stage 1 to 7 to design and deliver new and refurbished facilities at the Openshaw Campus. Co-ordinating with the lead designer to design and deliver to the client's budget, programme and aspirations for innovative facilities via a design and build contract including novation for new build projects and traditional procurement for extension / refurbishment projects.
