Shelter Provision and Advertising

TfGM intends to launch a tender for the refurbishment, supply and maintenance of shelters and Out Of Home advertising across its shelter estate, with a single supplier. The proposed turnkey service will include replacement and refurbishment of shelters and to modernise advertising inventory, generate advertising revenues, and provide high quality public transport infrastructure that maximises the customer experience. We want to work in partnership with a single supplier to deliver a bus and Metrolink shelter network aligned to the aspirations of delivering service improvements as part of the implementation of bus franchising and the improvement of Metrolink.
