Description

Chiltern Railways is undertaking this procurement exercise to appoint a supplier for the provision of lubricants across the Chiltern network of maintenance depots. The Diesel Multiple Unit (DMU) fleet Class 165, Class 168 and Loco Class 68's operated by Chiltern requires a range of lubricants to support the fleet maintenance programme. The estimated annual contract value is £620,002 per annum. The estimated overall value over 7 years is £4.8m (exc. VAT) for the supply of lubricants (this estimated value includes any services ancillary to the supply of lubricants). Chiltern Railways intends to award a contract for an initial term of five (5) years, with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years.
