NCC840 - Seaton Valley Reorganisation - New build

Northumberland County Council are procuring for the building development for two new schools on a green field site in Seaton Delaval, Northumberland 10,500sqm (gross internal area). The new development will replace the existing school buildings at a different site nearby. The project will be designed to RIBA stage 4 prior to tender by a third party on the basis of achieving net zero carbon in operation. The design comprises a main school building incorporating two separate schools in one building, a sports block which includes a swimming pool and associated facilities, and external development including two multi-use games areas, an all-weather synthetic turf pitch, and grassed playing fields. This Procurement will be carried out as an Open Tender.
