Fire Related Surveys to 30 NPS Contact Centres (Group 1)

A direct award to WT Partnership through the Crown Commercial Service's Framework Contract RM6168: Estate Management Services to carry out retrospective building fire strategy surveys in non-residential properties at National Probation Service (NPS) sites across England and Wales. The requirement is also to undertake a Statement of Condition Survey of the fire compartmentation in non-residential office type accommodation and to confirm all criticality ratings for each fire door and conduct a conditioning survey of all fire doors in each non-residential office type property. For this requirement (Group 1), the surveys will be 30 initial freehold premises within the Probation Service Contact Centre Estate.
