Pitched Roofing Replacement and Repairs 2020-2025

*PLEASE NOTE - BIDDERS MUST VIEW CLARIFICATION 1 TO DOWNLOAD THE AMENDED VERSION OF PART C - PITCHED ROOF REPLACEMENT PROGRAMME 2020' AS THE CURRENT ONE STATES THAT IT IS THE FLAT ROOFING REPLACEMENT PROGRAMME IN ERROR. South Holland District Council are looking to appoint the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to replace pitched roofing on our planned maintenance, and undertake responsive repairs to pitched roofs within our housing stock and garages within the District. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Contract Manager designated by the Client. The contractor should take into account the seasonal nature of the work and plan resources accordingly. Please note, we have put the 'Sub-Directive' as 'Design Execution' as the successful contractor may be required to undertake surveys and design during this contract.
