Any bids submitted directly to the buyer will be disregarded. Aims An agency is sought to help the Department as part of the BIS 2020 transformation programme. The agency needs to provide expert capability in helping organisations to refine and ground narratives and business models, and be skilled in doing this by involving and engaging staff at all levels. The purpose of bringing in an experienced agency at this stage is to help us to expedite this project quickly and to provide strong facilitation to discussions at all levels. Objectives To help staff better understand the new business model, and what BIS will look and feel like at the end of our BIS 2020 transformation programme. To help staff recognise ‘early signs’ of change and how these will feel as they emerge. To generate engagement in the new business model amongst a representative body of headquarters and Partner Organisation staff.
