WSCC - TH - Crawley County Buildings Demolition

This Pre-Qualification Questionnaire ("PQQ") has been issued on behalf of West Sussex County Council ("WSCC", "The Employer") in connection with restrictive 2 stage procurement process to provide information for the demolition of Crawley County Buildings located on Exchange Road, Crawley, RH10 1XR. Stage 1 includes pre-qualification questions on company capability/experience. The questions will be worth a total of 100%. The bidders who achieve the highest score out of 100% across those questions from Stage 1 will be taken through to Stage 2. Bidders are also required to complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) and Health and Safety Questionnaire, which are both scored on a pass/fail basis. Bidders will be asked to respond to one project specific question which will be evaluated on a Pass/Fail basis. To pass, bidders must achieve a minimum of 50% of the available score. Those that pass will be evaluated thereafter 100% on price. The lowest bidder will be recommended for award.
