Description
Hampshire County Council invites applications from providers of residential care in Hampshire for people with a learning disability, physical disability or mental health issue who may be interested in deregistering their homes to join the Hampshire Deregistration Partnership Register. The Hampshire Deregistration Partnership Register (HDPR) is a bespoke procurement vehicle procured under the Light Touch Regime set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The HDPR is open to all providers of residential care for individuals with a learning disability, mental health issue or physical disability who are interested in deregistering their residential homes with the Care Quality Commission and transforming them into supported living schemes. Under the HDPR Hampshire County Council will seek to work in partnership with such organisations in order to facilitate the deregistration process. The HDPR will remain open for applications for the duration of its 4 year lifespan. The Council has the option to extend this duration for up to a maximum of 2 years at its sole discretion. Call Off Contracts will be awarded during the lifetime of the HDPR but no specific dates have been set. The HDPR has a maximum lifetime spend of £115,000,000 across all contracts awarded thereunder. How to obtain the Documents and Apply Full details of the HDPR, including how the vehicle operates and how to apply, are available with the procurement documents. These are available by expressing interest in the project. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire. The documents, including the application form, can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting ‘View Details’ on the relevant advert and clicking the ‘Express Interest’ tab.
