One to One Holiday Group Provision

Trafford council have conducted a review of Trafford's short break offers which resulted in a range of recommendations and scope for positive change. The authority has worked with social care colleagues, parents and carers to develop a proposal for a new short break offer. As part of this it was identified the need for 1:1 SEND support which has been piloted during Easter and May half term, which has been a success. This opportunity is available via the Chest.
