Arnison Close is a sheltered housing scheme based in Allendale in Northumberland. It was built in 1982 and contains 15 flats all of which are currently being renovated. This scheme is to refurbish the communal areas of Arnison Close which include a Foyer, Office, WC, Lounge, Kitchen, Laundry, Corridors, Stairs, Bin Store and replace the external entrance door, circulation doors and store doors.
