Adult Social Care Executive Recruitment Support

Cornwall Council is seeking an Executive Search Partner to assist with the recruitment to the following roles within our Adult Social Care Directorate: • Area Director (three posts) Grade Q Salary range £68,529 - £83,753 • Chief Social Worker (one post) Grade P Salary range £59,053 - £72,174 • Locality Manager (three posts) Grade O Salary range £51,206 - £61,586 We are reshaping Adult Care and Support Services within Cornwall, creating new roles to lead and drive the development of a place-based health and social care service. The roles will work at the interface of strategic and operational relationships with NHS and other partners and will be a key part of a fully integrated model of health and social care commissioning and provision. The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system. All interaction with the Council in respect of this requirement will be conducted through the DueNorth system.
